Wave Function Collapse

2020 / Art Ile,Taichung,Taiwan。

In the process of répétition, there is an almost ritualistic emotion. For Hsieh Jung-Wei, the repetitive act of the hand allows the mind to rest and roam freely. Through "planting grass" on paper, he becomes a quiet gardener of the page—inviting viewers to share in the density of creation, to enter his drawn landscapes, and to reconnect with their own bodily experience.

His silent cultivation gradually grows into a nameless subtropical field—grasses that drift close, yet remain endlessly apart. The marks made by his pen carry both personal gesture and a connection to the present era, describing a state of intuition that is at once microscopic and vast. Over time, drawing becomes a thread that links perception, body, and the unfolding of time itself.
